The hotel offered a convenient location, just a short walk from the main attractions in town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. the hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi access, which was a great convenience for staying connected during our weekend trip.

The rooms were not properly cleaned, the carpets and sheets had an unpleasant odor, and the facilities appeared outdated and in need of maintenance. The lack of attention to detail was evident, as even the remote control for the television had taped-in batteries.

Stayed for a short city trip and was impressed by the convenient location just around the corner from several cafes and restaurants. the friendly staff provided fantastic recommendations for nearby attractions and even offered a complimentary map of the city. the room was pleasantly decorated and offered an unexpected water view, making for a pleasant evening in with a glass of wine.

The noise from the street kept me up during the night and the room lacked proper soundproofing. the breakfast offering seemed limited and lacked variety, and it was a bit disappointing to see a single-use plastic wrapped croissant in my breakfast basket.
